Pecan Tarts
makes 2 dozen mini tarts Bake: at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Dough:
1/2 cup butter
3 ounces of cream cheese
1 cup of all-purpose flour
Filling:
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1 egg
1 TBSP melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
2. Beat butter and cheese until creamy. Beat in
flour. Press heaping teaspoon of dough in bottom and
up sides of 24 mini muffin cups.
3. Mix sugar, egg, butter, vanilla in bowl; add chopped pecans.
Fill cups.
4. Bake in 350 degree oven 20 min. Cool on wire rack.
